I use frenzied defense on my monk, it can be very helpful when you're being KNocked down by a sin or a war because you don't need to get up and cast.

you're so much better off running [shield bash], [Wary Stance] or [Disciplined Stance]. Frenzied defense realy just isn't that great of a skill...

Sure, the double unblocked damage is a let down, but it can be reactivated in little amount of time. How do you all regard this skill? Any builds you can think of that would work well with it?

I use [frenzied defense] on monk in AB where its drawbacks aren't too bad.
Otherwise it sucks for just about anything else. If your warrior needs blocking, then there is something wrong with your warrior. Learning when to go in and when to leave is the best skill you can have. And it doesn't require a skill slot.

Discilpined Stance is better on a Monk along with Shield Bash.

some warriors use it indeed, i run [[shield bash] atm. Great counter against [[disarm] or [[wounding strike], and the KD it inflicts is nice aswell.
